2 45 minute sessions are included in this plan, weekly check-ins and personal goal setting and accountability check.
4 45 minute sessions complete with personalized goal setting, weekly check-in's and access to a private discord group.
Need a session with no commitment? Need an extra session outside of your plan outline? This ones for you!
A discovery session is for us to get to know one another and work on principle goal setting.
30 minute session
Could be structured one of two ways, we can go through a coaching flow to help bring clarity and set goals OR we can touch back on things we previously worked on.
Billing through paypal and is due before the first session each month
